What is your cancellation policy?

A cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the Consultation will be issued a full refund.

No refund will be offered for a cancellation within 48 hours of the Consultation.

What are your payment terms?

Full payment is required upon booking to secure your appointment or package.

Payment plans are available upon request.

Any invoiced fees are to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

Does my package expire?

Whilst your package doesn’t expire, I recommend booking your follow-up sessions every 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation. This helps you maintain momentum, track progress effectively, and get the most from your plan.

Will you work with my GP?

Yes. Where appropriate and with consent, I will work alongside your GP and other healthcare professionals involved in your care.

What equipment will I need for my personal training session?

All you need is a mat, a towel and a positive mindset. I will provide all of the equipment required for the session.
