How I work

Prep

Prior to your initial consultation, I will ask you to complete a Health Questionnaire and a 3-day Food Diary. This helps me to build up a picture of your symptoms, diet and lifestyle.

Consultation

In our first session, we will dive deep into your health history, focusing on all systems of the body, to identify any potential triggers past and present.

Using your Food Diary, I will also complete a dietary analysis, which will help me to work out where the nutritional imbalances are.

Together, we will discuss and set your goals and address any concerns you might have.

After our session, I will create a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan just for you, accompanied by supplement recommendations if required.

Further testing may be recommended, either through your GP or a reputable testing company.

Follow-up

4-6 weeks later we will assess your progress, address what has or hasn’t worked and set new goals. I will update your nutrition and lifestyle plan and provide additional material to support you with these changes.

Further appointments may be recommended, if deemed necessary.
